We are currently seeking an Agronomist to deliver our outstanding professional service to our growers in Angus and Perthshire.
You will have a good understanding of modern farming practice in order for you to deliver Agrovista’s specialist services of crop protection, seed advice and precision farming/soil management.
Whilst BASIS & FACTS qualifications are great to have, first and foremost you need to be a reliable and confident communicator, who is able support and guide growers in the technical and regulatory aspects of crop production. Specific training will be provided as required to help you achieve your highest potential.
It is essential that your attention to detail and ability to self-manage a high workload is of the highest standard. Although working alone is a necessary part of the role, you will need to demonstrate that you can work as part of a larger team, involving other parts of the national business when necessary.
