SeaBoost

SeaBoost is a premium biological soil amendment created from a 50/50 fusion of Sea2Soil’s marine hydrolysate and QLF’s L-CBF TerraFed carbohydrate‑rich fermentation feedstock.

This dual origin formulation delivers a potent combination of amino acids, organic nitrogen, simple sugars, yeast, fulvic acid, together with an array of macro and micro nutrients and microbial stimulants.

Designed for arable, vegetable and grassland systems, SeaBoost feeds soil biology, enhances nutrient cycling, and supports resilient crop growth. Its balanced marine-molasses profile makes it ideal for regenerative systems seeking to build carbon, improve soil structure, and increase nutrient-use efficiency, while also being equally beneficial to conventional growers.

What does it do?

SeaBoost accelerates microbial activity, improves nutrient mineralisation, and strengthens plant root development.

The marine hydrolysate supplies readily available amino acids and micronutrients, while the carbohydrate fraction fuels beneficial bacteria and fungi. Together, they enhance soil health, boost nutrient availability, and support stronger, more uniform crop performance across a wide range of soil types.

How does it do it?

SeaBoost works by combining two complementary biological pathways: marine hydrolysate provides amino acids, trace elements, and organic nitrogen that stimulate root exudation and microbial enzyme activity; TerraFed contributes fermentable sugars that energise microbial populations and improve C:N balance.

This synergy increases cation exchange efficiency, enhances nutrient retention, and promotes stable humus formation. The result is a more active, biologically balanced soil capable of delivering nutrients more effectively throughout the season.

  • Supports long‑term soil carbon building and resilience

Application

Crop

Application

Arable crops

10–20 l/ha in early autumn and at start of spring growth

Grassland

20–40 l/ha after grazing or cutting

Horticulture

5–10 l/ha weekly via fertigation; 1–2% dilution as a foliar feed

Establishment

5–10 l/ha seedbed incorporated or applied with starter fertiliser

(Adjust rates based on soil organic matter, crop demand, and biological activity.)

Results

  • Significant increase in early root biomass

  • Improved nitrogen retention

  • Higher Brix readings reducing pest and disease pressure

  • Dry matter uplift in grassland

  • Visible improvements in soil structure

  • Improvements in oilseed rape establishment
